"What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet."
By any other name would smell as sweet."
Here at the house we are in discovery and debate mode as we try to name our boat. Jeff & I are not necessarily at odds about a name, but we definitely haven't come to a joint conclusion. It kind of gives me flashbacks to naming our children. Poor Josh didn't have a name for a week. Jeff even created a spreadsheet with all possible name combinations for us to consider. In an effort to avoid the long spreadsheet method of naming something I thought I'd throw out some ideas and have you all vote. Keep in mind that our vote can single-handedly over rule the majority vote. This is NOT a democracy . . .
Our previous boat was named by Jeff's Dad it was called: The Ambiance
Our current boat is named: The Peggy Sue (see why we're changing that?)
Other boat name options have included:
The Wendy Lynn
The Halcyon
Island Girl
Chirrosis of the River
The Vesper
Sea Esta
Miss My Money
Tippy Kanu
Kids Kollege
His Sea Fit
So . . Have you got an opinion on the name of our boat? Vote on the side - or if you have another suggestion, leave me a comment.

You guys are pretty creative. I'd have to say my vote is for either "Sea Esta" or "His Sea Fit." Good luck with that. :)
why can't I vote for Miss My Money?
His Sea Fit - is my vote, unless you add High Anxiety
Either Cirrhosis of the River, or Sea Esta.
Oh my!
I can't decide.
We still haven't named our boat and she is 2 years old.
I may have to steal of these.
Very. clever.
I left a little something for you over at my place.
Go.
See.
I like MISS MY MONEY :-) His Sea Fit is great, too, but that one took a while to sink in, but when I got it then it was darn funny.
My vote is for...
Sea Esta or Miss my Money--although the Wendy Lynn is pretty darn cute!
Sea Esta or Miss My Money are hilarious! I like Sea Esta a little more - has less guilt and more fun to it.
LOL @ the spreadsheet for names. My husband did not do that but he has created a spreadsheet to determine when we should have our babies. The man can't make a decision or think about anything until it is laid out on a spreadsheet. I guess that is what I get for marrying an accountant.
You guys are so funny. Those are some awesome boat names. Chirrosis of the River?? Ha ha!
Why not name it- DOCKIN W/ DA DAVIS' ,or WE HAVE NEW FRIENDS, or if you insist on one of the spread sheet options, I like Sea Esta.
