Scrooge

I saw three Christmas trees in people's houses today.

All decorated and lit up.

I just don't understand putting your tree up before Thanksgiving.

And taking it down just before Valentine's Day.

Or listening to Christmas music the day after Halloween.

I feel like I'm choking on Christmas

And it's not even Thanksgiving.

Oh, I know the feeling. Our Hobby Lobby here started putting out Christmas merchandise in JULY! There's a radio station here that starts playing Christmas music and JUST Christmas music the day after Halloween. What is the deal?! Makes me crazy.

I am right there with you.
Now I love to put up my tree the day after Thanksgiving, but not a day sooner.
I like my holidays one at a time and in chronological order.
Thankyouverymuch!!!

I totally agree with the one holiday at a time thing!

Plus, this weather has been way too nice to evoke thoughts of Christmas. And I have been enjoying the beautiful days so much that I don't want Christmasy weather! Maybe after Thanksgiving...

Christmas music is alive and well at our house. Todd would listen to it year round if it was on. At least we can agree on music, if it's Christmas:)But seriously, no tree until after Thanksgiving!! Can we still be friends:)?

I just took the boys to the mall, and they had their Christmas lights up, and Christmas music was playing. Bah-hum-bug. (at least until after thanksgiving).
